We have been cultivating 10 hectares of land for over 20 years, respecting the rhythms of the earth, the animals and the plants. Virtually all the food and drink which we produce for the needs of our families and those of our guests are produced using synergistic, permaculture and biodynamic agricultural methods.
The land is situated from 250 to 300 metres above sea level and is composed of terraces which overlook the sea (700 metres as the crow flies).
